Create space
I’m a digital pack rat. I write a lot of things down—ideas, notes, tasks.
But one of my favorite things to do is deleting things. A task you thought you were going to do. An idea you started to turn into a project.
These half baked things take up space. They’re cruft that ends up accumulating in the systems you use to build things. And if left unattended to, it will grind your systems down to halt.
It’s overwhelming to open up your task manager to 700 things you could be working on. Opening it up to a blank slate, unencumbered by what was before, is freeing.
Create space.
